Honda FC Sport Hydrogen Fuel-Cell Concept

Japanese Honda presented their latest concept at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show - FC Sport, hydrogen-powered, three-seat sports car. It is quite plausible that this car ever goes to production - in addition to the current hydrogen-powered FCX Clarity.

According to Dan Bonawitz, vice president of American Honda Motor Co., Inc., "People who love sports cars will still have a reason to love in a hydrogen-powered future".

The concept was created in the Advanced Design Studio of Honda R & D Americas, based in Pasadene, California. Lead designer of the project - Jason Wilbur.

The fuel cells stack named V-Flow between the rear seats while the battery pack placed low in the middle of the vehicle, allowing to lower the Honda FC Sport center of gravity as much as possible.
